Confidential. Engagement letter and NDA before any work begins.

Why It Exists

Most families already have security. Few have someone running it.

A response membership for evacuation and medical emergencies. An alarm company. A cyber provider. An insurer. A driver. Each does its job, and the gaps sit between them. The Cell is the layer above: it knows what each provider covers, finds what none of them does, and makes sure they act as one when something changes.

You keep the providers that work. We coordinate with them.

What It Includes

Six things, every year.

01

Continuous exposure monitoring

Addresses, broker listings, family and staff accounts and new filings watched continuously, with removals handled as they appear.

02

Quarterly threat briefs

A written brief and a call each quarter on what changed: around the family, in your locations and in the threats that apply to you.

03

Vendor coordination

One point of coordination for your response membership, residential security, cyber, insurance and staff, so nothing falls between them.

04

Travel risk reviews

Destination and itinerary reviews before significant trips, with protection arranged where the risk calls for it.

05

Annual family training

A training day for the family and household staff: medical, driving, verification drills, taught by the people who do the work.

06

A principal on call

A named SAG principal who knows your family and takes your call directly.

Where It Starts

With the Exposure Assessment.

Most retainers begin after a Private Exposure Assessment. The brief becomes the Cell’s first-year plan.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do we have to drop our current providers?

No. The Cell sits above the providers you already use, including any response membership, and coordinates them.

What does it cost?

An annual fee quoted in writing, based on the size of the household, the number of residences and how much travel is involved.

Who leads it?

A named SAG principal who knows your family. You are not passed to a call center or a junior account manager.

Do we need an Exposure Assessment first?

Most families start with one, because the brief becomes the Cell’s first-year plan. It is not required.

Discuss a Retainer

Speak with the principal who would lead it.

Choose whichever is easiest. Every channel reaches a firm principal directly, usually within fifteen minutes during business hours.

What happens next: a principal calls you to confirm scope and send a written proposal, usually within one business day. Nothing is shared outside SAG.
