SAG has zero tolerance for trafficking in persons. We charge no recruitment fees, never hold workers’ identity documents, and provide lawful wages and working conditions for every worker, including those employed by subcontractors and teaming partners.
Anti-Corruption
SAG complies with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and applicable host-nation anti-corruption law. We make no facilitation payments.
Export Controls
Any defense-related services are delivered in compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Personnel Vetting
Every person who works on a SAG engagement is screened to documented background investigation standards before assignment.
Human Rights
Where applicable, SAG supports Leahy vetting requirements for training and assistance to foreign security forces.

Anyone may report a suspected violation to connect@sagglobal.com with the subject “Compliance concern.” Reports are reviewed by a firm principal and handled confidentially. SAG does not retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith.
