Strategic Advisory Group LLC (“SAG”) operates sagglobal.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Client engagements are governed separately by their engagement letters and confidentiality agreements.
Information you give us
When you submit a form, request a call, make an introduction or download our capability statement, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, organization, title, the role you select, and your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the site records pages viewed, the site or link that referred you (including campaign tags in the link), approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. We also store a small record in your browser of the first and most recent way you reached the site, so a principal knows how you found us when you contact us.
Cookies and analytics
We use HubSpot to manage inquiries and to understand how visitors use the site. Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how pages are used, including heatmaps and session recordings with form entries masked. These services set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry, to prepare proposals you request, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside SAG except the service providers above, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires.
The SAG Brief (email newsletter)
We send The SAG Brief only to people who ask for it by ticking the consent box. We record the date, page and wording of that consent. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending within 10 business days of a request, usually at once. Email is sent through HubSpot, which may record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept while they are useful for the relationship or as required by law, then deleted. Access is limited to SAG principals and staff who need it.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email connect@sagglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
